What are cookies and why are they important?
Cookies are text files that allow a site to recognize you when you return. This means you don’t have to log in again and again. They are also required to track your Cash Back. Cookies are enabled by default with most browsers. If you disable cookies, some parts of the site may not work optimally and your Cash Back may not be tracked properly.
Will I start receiving spam if I join?
Rakuten sends two types of emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails any time.
- Transactional emails. These are required to keep you up-to-date on your payments and account information (like when Cash Back is added or you received a payment).
- Marketing emails. These let you know about the latest deals and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails any time in your Account, or by selecting Unsubscribe at the bottom of the email. We will not sell your information to any third party.
