Would give 5 stars. The Aeron Chair itself is great but had a very bad experience with FedEx delivery. The worst shipping company ever.

Great experience and easy to purchase. Nice chair. Sits very well and doesn't hurt my back. I work from home and sit in my chair roughly 8 hours a day. My only complaint is the price. I wish you didn't have to pay so much to get a good office chair.
